At first in January 2016 she got neck pain after consulting doctors and undergoing Physiotherapy she got some relief from pain. after that she started having pain in shoulder and hand. between shoulder and above elbow area.

Hello.. Well it seems that she has neuropathy issues due to spine problem ..it's better you go for follow up with your doctor as we need to see it...it's better you show the x rays or MRI which you have taken earlier so that doc can see and decide...thank you
