Was sitting, having lunch, stood up and started walking, suddenly started having pain in right testicle. Mild pain, but pain. Also, felt my testicles and found that right epidydymis was a bit swollen. Had went to gym 2 hours before that, no pain at that time, did leg workouts. No impact, no strenous activity. Took bath with hot water, now 50% pain has gone. Please suggest what could be the case, thanks :)
