I'm experiencing a shooting pain in right lower/middle abdomen just before and during ejaculation. What is the problem that I may have?

Get semen microscopic examination done along with trans rectal ultrasonography for Prostate seminal vesicles, ejaculatry duct .urine examination routine and microscopic is also advisable .
