I m getting light pain while movement of chest or hand not always what should I do What should be the reason can any one help , becoz I felt from last 2 year but it is not consistent , When I will do proper running and all it is fine but when I will feel more cold it will create problems

hey ,do you feel the spasm of muscle,during cold it can be due to muscle contraction ,pain arises, it can also be due to other reasons also
