I have been experiencing pain on the left side of mt lower abdomen al the way down to my testicle .

Get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the ultrasonography of the abdomen especially for the KUB region and post void residual urine.consult a urologist for the clinical physical examination.treatment as per your clinical findings
