Yesterday (12 hours before) while closing my car's gate my little finger came in between and since then I am feeling high pain in finger although I am able to fold my finger. My nail colour turns to blue or green. What should I do now ?

Do an digital xray to rule out fracture.take anti inflammatory and pain killer medicines with doctors consult.
