I masturbated normaly with normal sperm discharge but after half n hr when I felt like peeing Got sperm in urine once that was four months ago,now have very dull pain in left testicle( now swelling),can feel a small particle attached to left testicle (like phinci)and it pains when I press it,went for ultra sound and it is clear,have no other symptoms,urine frequency is normal,no pain or burning while urinating but these days less sperm when i masturbate
