Kindly chk my ultrasound report and suggest what kind of precautions best for me. And what is the meaning of 15mm & 10mm size follicle seen in left ovary.

What sort of precautions are you talking about? Cysts can be present in ovaries without any significance. Please consult a gynaecologist as face to face history and clinical examination is important to arrive at a diagnosis, and give you any advice
