Pain in left side of testicle

Pain in left side of testicle since one month, consulted to urologist and had ultrasound of testicles everything is normal, but why the pain still remains , is it the pain in testicular nerve or pain in testis itself I am little bit confused.

It could be orchitis. Take Diclogesic and use scrotal bandage
