Pain in left lower back

Yesterday i am diagnosed with left dome of diaphragm is elevated with costophrenic angle is blunted. I never smoked. My TLC, DLC, ESR,HB all are absolutely normal. But i have pain in left lower back when breath deeply. What treatment for this. Is it a serious condition ? Plz reply
