I am suffering from pain in left leg vein from the last one year from feet to heaps. I can not sit without support. the neck is also not moving. please advise me.

do stretch exercises https://youtu.be/r9Asb-tlh08   in this age it's mainly degenerative spine  problems. get Mri done .
