I am 64 yr old female I have pain redness pressure 58 mm/ hg in left eye dr rx moxifloxacin plus dexamethasone sodium hyaluronate eye drops ;carboxymethylcellulose sodium & glycerin ; dorzolamide plus timolol; acetazolamide 250 mg I also take ecosprin 75 & Ramipril 5 mg pl guide for this also can I take  drugs & eye drops Thanking you With regards

Hello 58mm Hg is very high pressure We need to control it immediately.. I/v mannitol may be required Kindly visit local ophthalmologist ASAP

It looks like you are having neovascular glaucoma Need to vision status in that eye and previous history of diabetic retinopathy or any vascular occlusion disorders of that eye Need to reduce iop immediately Please visit an ophthalmologist asap
