I got aborted and it's been 2 months now with low hb levels and blood transfusion has been done at the time of aborting I'm taking vitamin n iron supplements to improve hb .. recently I'm feeling like a bit pain near my heart in left chest and some difficulty ..what can b the reason for it like stress /food /gastric /tensions
