Pain in left armpit radiating all over.

I am an 18 years old female. I've pain in my left armpit area which is radiating all over to the rest of arm , upper breast area as well as my back portion of pectoral girdle. I also extreme pains in my breasts before my menses and some months back had constant pain in my left breast radiating to right one too.

Hii There is a possibility that there is some issue going on in your breast. May be some swelling or injury or some other issue. There is also a possibility of some lymph node enlargement in the armpit. Consult a gynecologist. Don't ignore.
