Pain in left arm and chest burning

Pain in left arm it feels like something heavy I lifted yesterday it started from today morning ...right in the shoulder joint .. and one thing I have observed sometimes I get night fall at that morning my left side of the chest pains for few minutes after I wake up the pain goes away sometimes ... and one more thing when every I get tense I feel like vomiting....I just wanted to know with whom should I consult gastro or cardiologists ... Thanks 🙏
