I have pain in my joints when I wakevup in the morning I could not wake u0 properly abd walk with some support and I find it difficult to pick aby item

We need to take a proper history and clinical examination. However early morning stiffness and joint pain in your age could be inflammatory arthropathy. Early diagnosis is important.. Hence consult a Rheumatologist.
