Pain in Joints

Hi I have severe pain in my joints. It started from one joint ( knee) and since has spread to all my joints ( Wrist, Ankle etc). Now I am feeling pain around my neck and around Adams apple. My throat feels dry as well. Please suggest what type of doctor should I see. Regards
