Severe headache feels like very sharp pain both the side of the often especially when I try to lower my head or bow down feels like something is choking. Rest no medical history. No other issue.

This type of pain if associated with vomiting and visual problem needs to be addressed seriously If any giddiness vision problem vomiting present then need to evaluate and get a ct brain plain and look for any cause of headache
