Whenever I masterbate with hand for long hours ie 45 min to 1 hour  slowly slowly while watching porn.. next day m having minor pain between my lower side of Penis end ( inside body ) and above right testicle and continues for many days .. Not exactly in testicle .. along with this m facing pain in my right  thigh joint as well ... now m afraid of masterbation , due to this  m having lot of white substance in my Penis head  and it becomes very dry .. Don't know what is happening ... pls help me. ..
