During a cliff jumping session from a 20 ft height, I had direct trauma to my perineum, testicular and groin region It happened around 1.5 years back. I was in severe pain for 10-15 min. After that consulted a doctor and went for an ultrasound of the whole abdomen, pelvis and scrotum. The reports came normal. I had some pain medication and Antibiotics for a week and everything went normal.
After a month I went for doing normal exercises like lifting weights and running then I experienced a dull pain in the groin region and left testis with slight swelling on the left side. I again went for an ultrasound and the report came as a small inguinal hernia. Which doctor on physical examination and further review ultrasound denied. The second ultrasound was done which revealed a grade 1 varicocele. The doctor said it was normal and the pain associated was because of previous trauma. After about 1 year from that incident, I again started with exercise this time with light ones. And again Pain
