Pain in forehead and around eyes

Was down with fever since last 5 days. Now there is no fever but my nose is blocked and pain in there on forhead and around eyes. Pain is intense. No painkillers is helping. Please let me know if this is Sinusitis or not and any medicine ibcan take it or not?

It's sinusitis. xylomist nose drops 2 drops 3 times a day.
