Pain in fingers

In April 2012 I woke up one fine morning to find that the middle finger of my right hand was snapping shut involuntarily as if I had no control over it and I got really scared. Over a period of days I found that every morning I had severe pain in my fingers (both hands) which slowly (slightly) reduced towards the end of the day. This cycle continued for almost 2 years and then the pain was gone for good. Since 2 month s now that pain has reared its ugly head again but this time it’s very severe. I’ve looked up the internet to research on these symptoms and I came across terms like “trigger finger”, “peripheral neuropathy” and “carpal tunnel syndrome” but I don’t know whether I’m suffering from these ailments. Whatever the disease may be I want to get healed quickly, painlessly and completely. Can you help me?
