I am having headache since yesterday and i also feel strange sensation in my eyes with the pain in upper portion of eyes and at the corner of eyes(corner towards nose).

You should consult ophthmologist nearby for refraction till you may use lubricating eye drops like Optive Eye drops 3-4 times .
