My right eye is having pain and getting redish, it seems something got stuck but nothing is visible. Please suggest any eye drop to get quick releif. thanks

it seems to be blepharoconjunctivitis.please do hot foamentation. put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and rub ocupol dx eye oint twice daily on lids. take oral anti inflammatory tab e.g. diclogesic one tab SOS.
