I had some dust type solid material in my right ear i removed that , but it was hurting then i put OH solution , now i cant bear the pain i have also tried betnisol drops but all in vain.

You might be suffering from acute otitis externa which is a common type of ear infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antibiotic ear drops for few days

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can use candibiotic ear drops three drops three times daily
