There have been pain in my chest, I visited to emergency and ecg was done there which is normal. My bp was 160 that time. I think it is pain in food pipe. Doctor suggested I ate heavy so I am having gas problem. When ever the pain starts,it starts from neck to chest where is the food pipe located. When I lay down pain starts, pain is normalized on standing. Pain starts on fast walking too. I hardly having sleep. Please share needfull information. Thank you
