Every now and then I have sharp pains in my chest under my left breast. It hurts to take a deep breath or with movement sometimes. Is this a blood clot ?

U may be suffering from fibroadenoma of left breast.i would prefer you to go for USG...u will definitely get a diagnosis of ur pain.
