Pain in chest bones

She has undergone an open heart surgery 3 yrs before.The bones after few days started paining like it is hitten with an axe.The skin that has undergone plastic surgery after the operation itches very much now.Right from chest to lower neck she is having tremendous pain.If any1 could suggest a cure or medicine pls reply

Hello infection of the scar should be ruled out consult cardiothoracic surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
