My husband has been tested Covid positive yesterday.He is having pain in both his thighs and calves and due to that he is having fever till 101°.He has no other symptoms.His oxygen level is 99.BP is 124/70 however his fasting sugar was 54 and post meal was 155. Can you suggest any medicines.

Pain is because of viral condition.. body tends to get dehydrated.. so 3 to 4 litres of fluids should be taken per day.. so slowly pain will subside.
