Pain in both armpits

Hello Doc, I am getting to feel pain in my right armpit from yesterday. From appearance it all looks fine , But wen I touch in d central armpit I can feel a small pimple or lump kind of feel. I could feel d same on my left armpit , which caused slight pain upon touching. Please advise
