Having pain in the side of urinary bladder and both tetsical since last 2 years. It is having regularly after 2-3 days and stops temporarily if I ejaculate sperm by any means.

This generally happens due to engorgement of epididymis in case u get aroused and don't ejaculate. It gets relieved with ejaculatation.
