Pain in back side of chest near ribs. Sore throat and mucus comes frequently. Nasal consetion in left side of nose

hello.. pain in the back of chest may be due muscular  spasm or any lung or pleural  diseases like pleural effusion or pneumothorax  or pneumonia... kindly consult a physician and get a chest x Ray done to rule out these causes from simple muscular pain nd upper respiratory tract infection
