Pain in armpit

Some growth of muscles in armpit. X ray.blood test. Fnac report done .everything is normal but pain is still there. Guide me sir

hello there. there may be a collection of fat or breast tissue causing the growth in that area. the extension of the breast is the axillary tail which extends into the underarm/axilla. consult a surgeon. regards
