Dull pain in abdomen around navel ,feeling of heaviness in stomach continuously, loss of appetite,

Hello..... Heaviness of stomach, mild abdomen pain suggest gastritis, if you are having burps or farts it confirms gastritis... Have non spicy food items, avoid out side foods, junk foods, Take antacids for temporary relief... Consult general physician once in nearest hospital.
