Pain during urination

I have Pain during urination . It pains a lot during urination . This started yesterday .I have moved from pune to bangalore and newly married . Married on 7th may . Me and my Husband did not have complete intercourse yet but we did tried recently. Currently I have lower abdomen Pain ,pain during urination and mild fever which is gone now. Kindly help
