My cosuin sister is 23 years old and unmarried She gets severe pain before periods also during cycles.The apin persists before during and after periods Its horrible And she has undergone scan and they are saying she needs a laparosocpy. Shes a very scared and very delicate one and is very scared of surgery. Is their any alternatives other than surgery for her. The pain is so severe she is almost crippled her marriage may happen soon. Everything for marriage is almost ready and fixed Dont know what to do now?
