Pain between left nipple and underarm

I have been pain in my left nipple and below it the pain in between the left nipple and underarm. The pain is not permanent but it is generally in morning and evening.it is not in particular in area but at point. Duration of pain is 4-5 seconds. Sometimes its 1-2 times in day. I have a normal ecg report. But always a heartbeat awareness. Please help me i do not find any suitable answer till now. I dont know whether it is heart or gastric or pain in muscles.please give me suggestion.
