Hello doctor I am 17 years old boy Under my breast's nipple's skin has a tumer like thing for 1 weak . it is so pain to touch and it is like a hard swelling layer . i know i dont understand you how this is feel to touch but i draw a sketch to understand you attach picture kindly know me what is this and how i treat this and should i go to doctor imediately or wait for somedays that it heal autometic
