Pain and darkening of left thumb to palm
10 days back was having pain on my left thumb , after 1-2 days it started becoming dark. And the pain is shifted from thumb to palm area and the darkening also spreaded from thumb to palm.
Did PT test .. range is 12 sec and INR is 0.8
Please suggest
What is the nature of your work. This symptoms needs vascular study at neck, hand and cardiac evaluation as early as possible. You take thrombolytics till then.
