Pain & red swelling in ass crack

Hi, for past few days, I have been feeling sharp pain in my ass crack(top) when I touch. When I saw it with torch, I could see a red swelling. I'm scared. Please help

It can be a case of acute anal fissure. Are you having hard stool? Do Sitz bath with lukewarm water (sit in warm water taken in a tub) 3-4times daily Apply Anobliss ointment after every Sitz bath and before defecation. Have a stool softener
