Sir stomach pain always. I have constipation problem more than 10 years. I feel my stomach is always full and tight. If I pee out, it is excreting more. Even after excreting, again after a minute, I feel mass is rolling out from my stomach and again it is trying to pee out. But all excretion is not coming out easily. I use my hands for excretion. Kindly help me. I have attached my blood report. Grade 1 fatty liver in ultra scan
