Pain After Varicocelectomy

Hello, doctor. It has been three weeks since I had undergone varicocelectomy on my left testicle,and it suddenly started in the surgery area. I have not performed any extreme activity, and I'm mostly sitting at home. But, it seems to be that my scrotal functional to the point. Kindly let me know what issues it could lead to without a proper scrotal support.
