Should foreskin of 2year old boy be pulled back so that Smegma can be removed. Doctor suggested to massage with LOX 2% jelly and pull foreskin back Everyday gradually so that smegma can be cleared.

Cleaning is important.  Foreskin automatically detaches with time. Take care not to produce injury. Make sure that urinary flow remains normal
