Hi, We r trying for baby since 3 months.My age is 30 & I have regular 30 days cycle with no thyriod or PCOD etc problems. In last month on 14th day the follicle was not  ruptured so in this month, we did sonography for follicle test directly on 15th day to notice the follicle was just ruptured. doctor could tell  this as she said she could see the endometrine fluid or serum something. My doctor asked me to get estrogen test done to confirm the ovulation had taken place. My question is ,if its already 24 hours past the release of egg,  I would like to understand the relevance of oestrogen test and vitamin D3 test on day 16th (one day after the rupturing of folicle) ..
