Hi my last three periods dates are: 6th May, 6th June, 14th July and 22nd August. Please tell me how to calculate ovulation days as my cycle can be little irregular. Should I try intercourse on every alternate day or are there any specific days when i should give it a try?

Considering the day u get periods as 1st day of yr PERIODS Ye fertile window period is 11th-17th day U should keep FREQUENT relationship during this period which will increase the chnc of pregnancy Use a pillow below your buttocks during keeping relationship. Avoid stress and anxiiety Lifestyle modification Excercise regularly Adequate sleep and rest Avoid spicy and oily food Take FOLIC ACID 5 mg 1 tab daily Take care Stay safe 🙏
