I'm 21 female and 2 months ago I suddenly got heart palpitations at night but at that time I was not thinking anything but after 2 days I got left side chest pain and then I got my ecg 2d echo and cbc thyroidvitamin d3 test done they all came normal doctor told it is anxiety but now I get palpitations only in the morning and have got digestive issues and also my back and abdominal stomach pains and sometimes left sometimes right chest pains. After listening to many news about sudden cardiac death I get really scared I don't know what's wrong with me
