Overdose solvin cold af 60

My son, 5 years old affecting cold for two days, accidentally I give 5ml solvin cold af (60) instead of 2.5 ml. He is ok now. But I am worring about this over dose. Please advice me. Thanks,

It's a normal dose, so not to worry but take care next time. Right dose, right person, right time, right medication should be followed.
