I overdosed on paracetamol on the 24th of December (6 days ago) and since then I've had a pain in my abdomen that keeps getting worse. I've had tremors in my hands, there's yellow spots in my eyes, it hurts to walk sometimes and especially touch my abdomen. I feel nauseous a lot and I don't know if I really damaged my insides or not. It's not the first time I have overdosed on paracetamol or pills in general but I've never felt this bad

Please Take milk and chapatis, light food for 3 to 5 days Take Cap rablet D   5 1 on empty stomach Sy mucaine 1 2 tsf three times a day Tab himcospas by Himalaya   10 1 1 Reconsult if needed
