Overall fatigue and uncomfortable eyes

I experience overall body fatigue with daily problems in my eyes. Sometimes it burns making me sleepy and tired and sometimes i also experience pain just above the eyes and in the eyes while looking up or doing eye exercise. Can this be cause of some vit deficiency? Should I get vit d tested?

Yes, please get levels of Vit D3 and B12 checked. I could also be due to low thyroid function or even anaemia. Get blood tests done: CBC; RBS; HbAiC; ( FT3, FT4, TSH); Ca++, PO4---, Vit D3 and B12 levels. Let us review after these preliminary tests.
