Sir I am 24 old boy . Do masturbate form last 12 year .due to masturbate my penis so weak. Now these day I am going too much toilet & every time fell a prayer on my bladder . & Fell urgency to go toilet . My Blade suger report , urine culture report is normal & has no infection . I already take potassium citrate and megnisium citrate ,uribid teblet which prescribed by doctor from last five days.i am a ca final student due to this problem not focus on study's.suggest me

Ideally you should get physical consultation from an urologist . Mean time First get an ultrasound of KUB region. overactive bladder is diagnosed by urodynamics test, performed by urologist. It has nothing to do with masturbation habbit.
